Injustice: Gods Among Us Version 1.06 Patch Notes

Probably a recurring question if you follow my Second Dimension: The Warriors Code interviews is the topic of patching fighters. On the 24th in the game’s official website, the notes for version 1.06 of Injustice: Gods Among Us was released and as usual, an inferno of praises and crying (mostly crying) soon followed. While usually I just list the changes and since today is the date for the patch’s release,  we got two returning people who to...

Injustice: Gods Among Us DLC Updates

Patches and General Zod aren’t the only thing being offered today by NetherRealm studios as five pieces of DLC is available as well along with news of what’s to come. On his twitter, Ed Boon has stated for a while that there will be more DLC down the road, getting a bit specific, he has said that the four current characters (Lobo, Batgirl, Scorpion and Zod) are not the only DLC characters as announcements of new characters...

Injustice: Gods Among Us Version 1.05 Patch Hits With Zod Release

Injustice: Gods Among Us has been hitting a downward spiral as of late since the release of Scorpion as a DLC character who quickly replaced Deathstroke as that character to hate. As with Deathstroke, fans and few pros a like went to twitter and forums in order to let NetherRealm Studios know how unfair and broken Scorpion was. They listened (as who really could getting tweets by the minute) and today marks the release of version 1.05...

Pacific Rim Game Coming To XBLA?

It appears to be all but confirmed as the Australian classifications board has listed the video game tie-in to Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming blockbuster film. It looks like Warner Brothers Interactive will be publishing the game and Yukes will be developing it. Yukes is the team behind WWE ’13 and Real Steel so they do have experience with fighting games – as this appears what the Pacific Rim game will focus around. Some screenshots have been leaked as...

Injustice: Gods Among Us | Review

I can say without a doubt that there are an infinite number of universes.  Some are just like our own… but for one or two significant events, exactly the same. Killer Frost And Ares Officially Revealed For Injustice

NetherRealm studios has officially revealed Killer Frost and Ares for Injustice: Gods Among Us. While it’s been common knowledge at this point that the two characters were in the game, a trailer now showcases both characters in action. Killer Frost seems to play a bit of a homage to Mortal Kombat veterans Sub-Zero and Frost with an array of ice based attacks such as a slide known to both ninjas and ice shard projectiles. Her hero ability...

Black Adam Officially Announced As A Playable Fighter

Last article I had wrote about the many different ways that Black Adam has been outed as a potential fighter. Toys, magazine references as well as showcased on the character select screen for the game. Today the official Injustice: Gods Among Us facebook page confirmed his inclusion as a playable fighter for the game. So far there’s no reference to how he’ll play except in one screenshot he is shooting lightning from his hands. He might potentially...

This week, Ed Boon revealed two more characters for Injustice: Gods Among Us: Raven and Doomsday. Doomsday of course, whether or not you read comics is famous as being the man who killed Superman during the Death of Superman storyline. Raven on the other hand isn’t known to many who don’t follow comics unless they watched the Teen Titans cartoon which she is a member of the team.

Injustice Battle Arena Quarter Final Match Results

As the battle arena tournament reaches the next level, voting on some of these characters are becoming harder for most die hard DC comic fans. Fans got to vote the outcome of the four quarter final matches between Batman vs Wonder Woman, Flash vs the Joker, Aquaman vs Green Lantern and Superman vs Green Arrow. I won’t spoil who wins each but there is a surprise outcome many probably didn’t expect. Some interesting things can be found...

Scribblenauts Unlimited | Review

Version tested: Wii U Scribblenauts surprised gamers with the ability to write virtually anything that comes to mind in Max’s notebook and have it pop into the game to help solve puzzles. That concept has grown beyond just being confined to one level now and the game worlds introduced in Scribblenauts Unlimited are a welcome addition. This is especially true since the game is available for Wii U and PC, as well as DS this time around.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Video Shows Stark Tower

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes was just announced a few weeks ago through the Game Informer. It was such a big announcement that it even got cover honors on the magazine. I can’t explain how truly excited I was when I heard that this game was official. I figured that since WB owned Traveller’s Tales (Warner Bros. owns DC – just in case you didn’t know) that we would never see the likes of a Marvel Comics LEGO...
