Injustice Battle Arena Quarter Final Match Results

As the battle arena tournament reaches the next level, voting on some of these characters are becoming harder for most die hard DC comic fans. Fans got to vote the outcome of the four quarter final matches between Batman vs Wonder Woman, Flash vs the Joker, Aquaman vs Green Lantern and Superman vs Green Arrow. I won’t spoil who wins each but there is a surprise outcome many probably didn’t expect. Fast & Furious: Showdown Coming To Wii U, Xbox 360, & PS3

If an EBGames listing is any indication, it appears there may be a Fast & Furious game coming soon titled: Fast & Furious: Showdown. For further proof can be seen from the Australian Classifications Board in a recent listing which states the game is being developed by Firebrand Games and published by Activision. For those unfamiliar with Firebrand games, they have most recently released NASCAR: Unleashed.

Bioshock: Infinite Reveals A “False Shepard”

This last month has been nothing short of amazing for the gamers out there. This trend is looking to continue until at least April with Star Trek and Dead Island: Riptide launching. But, the one gem that you’re definitely need to keep your eyes on is Bioshock: Infinite. With less than two weeks until the launch of Infinite, Irrational Games is keeping the hype up with a new trailer which shows off just how impressive looking this game really is. We can only hope that the story is every bit as intriguing as the original Bioshock game.

Payday 2 Announced By 505 Games

505 Games and Overkill Software have announced that a sequel to Payday: The Heist is on the way in form of Payday 2.  CVG got a chance to preview the game and had this to say about it: “Payday 2 provides a unique spin on co-op first-person shooting, and we love the idea of becoming a career criminal with friends, working our way up from lowly convenience store stick-ups to mass-scale bank robberies. “The first game was excellent, but with the guiding hand of Chronicles of Riddick developers Starbreeze, which recently purchased Overkill, this sequel could be even better.”

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen Reveals the Sorcerer’s tricks

Capcom’s upcoming sequel Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is quickly approaching so we thought we’d group together some of the details of the game to whet your appetite a bit. Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World Ultimate Edition Announced

We reached out to Ubisoft for an update to our Wallace Wells and multiplayer article that was just posted. Talk about luck! Ubisoft just announced Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World Ultimate Edition today which includes the DLC pack, as well as the seperate pricing if you already own the original title. Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World Ultimate Edition includes both the Knives Chau Add-On Pack and the Online Multiplayer + Wallace Pack from the original game. All for $14.99 on PSN or even better, $11.99 for PS Plus members! No word yet on an XBLA version, but odds are one

Scott Pilgrim Multiplayer DLC Still Underway?

UPDATE: Ubisoft has informed us that the DLC is actually being released March 12th! Tomorrow! It’s been awhile since the Wallace Wells and Multiplayer DLC Pack for Ubisoft’s Scott Pilgrim was announced last summer. According to a tweet from Brian O’Malley the creator of Scott Pilgrim, rumors of the DLC being cancelled equals, “Status: FALSE” For more about the DLC, check out this previous post: Online Multiplayer And Wallace Wells Comic To Scott Pilgrim.

Gearbox Teases New Playable Vault Hunter

Again, the word “tease” is the main emphasis here – straight from the Gearbox panel at SXSW. It has been confirmed that this new character will NOT be part of the Season Pass for Borderlands 2. From the brief images in the trailer, it appears this new character is a melee specialist. A release date has not been specified, but Matt Armstrong stated, “DLC is announced on a very tight schedule, and I don’t think you’ll have to wait long until you see that character.”

Sleeping Dogs: Year of the Snake DLC Out Next Week

Announced today by Square Enix, the last of the DLC for their game Sleeping Dogs titled Year of the Snake will be released next week across PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. The DLC starts you immediately after the events of the main game with main character Wei Shen being placed back on the Hong Kong Police Department and tasked with redeeming himself.

Aliens: Colonial Marines Gets Patched…

…but it still won’t change that Metacritic score, unfortunately for Gearbox and Aliens fans. Probably one of the worst received games in recent times, Aliens: Colonial Marines certainly has had a dismal start. But at least Gearbox is still supporting the game through updates/patches. So that’s really good news as this is one of the best point-and-click games that I’ve ever played. Even more so, it’s one of the best told storylines in recent years as well.
