Sony Cuts Ties With SuperBot Entertainment

It has been announced just recently via Kotaku that Sony has decided to cut ties with SuperBot Entertainment, better known to many as the creators on PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. This news comes off the heels from their announcement a few days back that they had to lay off some of their staff members. Capcom is at it again. Remember how between Street Fighter 4 to Super Street Fighter 4 and Marvel vs Capcom 3 to Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 was impossible to update by DLC because of technical limitations? Project X Zone Coming To North America And Europe

Announced just a few minutes ago via Katsuhiro Harada’s twitter, Project X Zone will be coming out in North America and Europe this summer. For those who don’t know, Project X Zone is a tactical role playing game bringing characters across various series from Capcom, Namco Bandai Games and Sega such as Street Fighter, Mega Man X, Resident Evil, Virtua Fighter, Sakura Wars, Resonance of Fate, Tekken, .hack and Xenosaga to name a few. . This will be third game in Namco’s X series of games and the second to be released in North America after Cross Edge. Below is a fan translated trailer of the game to get you pumped. Project X Zone is slated for Summer of 2013.

Army Of Two: Devil’s Cartel Trailer

When the first game came out, I was really impressed with what EA Montreal did with the series. Their second entry added a morality feature which made you wonder how good or evil your thoughts were playing with Salem and Rios. Army of Two: Devil’s Cartel however is being co-developed by EA Montreal and Visceral Games of Dead Space fame. Epix Coming Soon To PlayStation 3 And PlayStation Vita

Via the PlayStation blog, Sony Computer Entertainment of America annouced that the premium entertainment network EPIX will be coming to PS3 and PS Vita this year.

The service offers over 3000 classic and recently released films, concerts, sports, comedy specials, and original programming. Epix, which is currently available via cable, satellite  xbox 360 and others, will be a free download on PSN and subscribers will be able to instantly stream their content on their PS3 or PS Vita. Popular releases like Thor and The Hunger Games are among moves that will be offered. Epix will launch on PlayStation 3 this quarter while the app will be out on PS Vita in Spring 2013.
