Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct set for Wednesday

Nintendo has annouced that there will be a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate planned for Wednesday. The Direct will be a worldwide presentation and the brief notice states that the direct will start on August 8th, 2018 at 10:00am ET. The direct will feature new game information delivered by game director Masahiro Sakurai. Will there be an announcment of any new fighters for the game? While the game features the return of every fighter from previous games, and there have already been a few new fighters already announced, the addition of even more fighters would be welcome. Nickelodeon Kart Racers Announced: SpongeBob, TMNT, Rugrats and More Coming to Consoles

At first blush Hi-Rez Studios Paladins is easily compared to Blizzard’s Overwatch – both games are bright and colorful, both games feature a large roster of heroes with different play styles and both games are all about co-operative teamplay. Team Cherry Reveals Release Date For Hollow Knight: Gods & Glory Update

We finally have a release date for the last free content pack for the excellent indie Metroidvania, Hollow Knight, Gods & Glory will release on August 23rd on both Steam and the Nintendo E Shop. Gods & Glory is a boss rush mode of sorts that pits the player against a series of enhanced bosses, returning from previous encounters found within the rest of the game. Hand of Fate 2 Confirmed For Nintendo Switch Release Next Tuesday

Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle | Review (Nintendo Switch)

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night E3 Backer Demo Now Available On Steam

Nintendo reveals Nintendo Labo functionality for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Starting today, Nintendo is releasing a free software update for the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game for the Nintendo Switch, allowing you to use the Toy-Con Motorbike from the Nintendo Labo: Variety Kit to control your in-game vehicles. Every game mode and every vehicle type is available with this immersive, interactive controller option. It’s a neat concept to be sure. What other games could see some Labo functionality?
