New DLC Arrives for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

Capcom has released a new case for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies today with a brand new case titled ‘Turnabout Reclaimed.’ The extra episode can be downloaded from the directly from the in game menu for $5.99.

In the new content you’ll meet new client and pirate Sasha Buckler, who wants the Wright Anything team to help defend her friend on a murder charge. She takes Phoenix to the scene of the crime, the Shipshape Aquarium, to meet the defendant… a killer whale?!?

‘Turnabout Reclaimed’ is a full-length episode that tells the story of the first case Phoenix Wright took on after reclaiming his Attorney’s badge. Unravel the truth using all investigation techniques from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, including the Mood Matrix and Psyche-Lock. Series favorite character Pearl Fey returns to assist the team as they face off against the mysterious prosecutor Simon Blackquill.

Need for Speed Full Trailer Released

As a gamer I don’t know how many times I accidentally called the Fast and Furious movies Need for Speed. After playing the games for so long it just seemed natural and always confused me that there wasn’t a movie based of the video game property. Until now.

Entertainment One and Dreamworks Pictures is releasing next year and they have just released the first full trailer for the film. The film follows street racer Tobey Marshall (Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul) who is freshly out of prison after being framed and locked up for a crime he didn’t commit. Marshall is hell bent on settling the score.

Are you psyched that the series is finally getting the silver screen treatment or are you cautiously optimistic to see if the filmmakers will treat the license right and make a decent movie. What do you think of the trailer and the upcoming movie?

Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare Gameplay Trailer

Branching out from the previous Plants Vs. Zombies games, Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will be a third-person shooter that with up to four player co-operative multiplayer missions, titled “Garden Ops”. It will also feature 12 vs. 12 competitive multiplayer madness across 10 different maps titled: “Garden & Graveyards” and “Team Vanquish”.

In “Gardens & Graveyards”, players will have to defend their bases from the zombie hordes, while in “Team Vanquish” each opposing team looks to eliminate the other – so basically your traditional team deathmatch.

In the video below, new gameplay is shown off as well as customizations as PopCap Executive Producer Brian Lindley takes you through the world of Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare.

Killer Instinct Launch Trailer Has Arrived

Killer Instinct will launch on the Xbox One as a free-to-play downloadable digital game tonight. Quite a few gamers that were deemed worthy enough actually received the Season One characters for free for being a loyal customer. What those qualifications were, who knows? But it is pretty awesome that Microsoft did give this out for free to some lucky gamers. If you weren’t fortunate enough to make the list, you will have to buy the additional characters. Pricing, depending on what you want to do, ranges from $19.99 to $59.99. You will be able to see these options when you download Killer Instinct for free tonight (or tomorrow).
