Preorder demo available for PS4 edition of Guilty Gear Xrd

Aksys Games and Arc System Works announced on Friday that Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- will be released on June 7th for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in North America.

Those who preorder the PS4 version of the game via the PlayStation Network will instantly unlock a brawler’s suite of modes! Full versions of Arcade Mode, Training Mode and Versus Mode will be instantly available upon purchase of the full PS4 system on PSN beginning April 5th!

The demo mode includes all previously released Xrd characters plus three new combatants!

Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- is said to run at 60 frames per second and the game features cross platform PS4 / PS3 system compatible battles.

Mario & Sonic Head to Rio Early with 3DS Launch Today

Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games is inching closer to release, with the game slated to be released for the Nintendo 3DS in North America this Friday! The home console version follows closer to the Olympic event itself, bowing on Nintendo’s Wii U on June 24th.

To celebrate the release of the game Nintendo released the opening movie for the game, which you can see below.

“Mario and Sonic are two of the most recognizable characters in video game history,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “Once again they join forces to let players compete in fun sporting events on a world stage.”

Is this the NX controller Nintendo patented in the wild?

Our friends over at Dualpixels claim to have an exclusive source who has shown them the NX’s all touch screen controller. They have published the first ever photos of what appears to be an all screen controller, with two contol “nibs” on the top, exactly what we saw with the patent diagram from last month.
