Street Fighter V Exclusive To Playstation 4

The next entry in Capcom’s long running fighting franchise, Street Fighter V, will be a PlayStation exclusive. A stunning announcement for sure considering the fact that all of the entries in the Street Fighter IV series were multiplatform on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC!  Alongside the announcement Capcom released two trailers – One titled “Rise Up” centered around the fighting game community – and another that showcases brief gameplay featuring Ryu and Chun-Lee.

Players on PC & PS4 will be able to fight against each other both companies also announced at the PlayStation Experience.  No further details have been revealed but Capcom will be live-streaming the first ever SFV  match during the CapCom Cup on December 13th.

Check out both trailers after the jump. We’ll have more details as they become available.
