Posted on September 29, 2016 by Les Major

New Fallen Splicers
Considering it sounds like Bungie was hoping to have Destiny 2 out by now and Rise of Iron wasn’t originally in the cards, you’d be hard pressed to know it. In this expansion you venture into the plaguelands, a patrol area that overlaps some of the sections of classic Earth patrol with a new snowy theme. Along with the change in the weather comes signs of a vicious battle as well as strands of red vines called Siva, a nanite weapon that is growing out of control. By this point with Rise of Iron being the fourth Destiny expansion, you

Shantae: Half-Genie Hero delayed six weeks

Posted on September 2, 2016 by Jason Nason

WayForward issued an update on the progress of their HD Shantae game, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, and the news wasn’t happy news. The update is by no means dire, but the game is going to be delayed up to six weeks or more. Developers have stated that the delay is for bug fixing and adding additional polish, which is definitely a good thing. With the rush to get many games out these days, many games are released relatively unfinished. Day one patches aren’t at all uncommon. The release date has been pushed back from September 27th to sometime in mid-November. Still

30 Minutes of Cancelled Goldeneye XBLA Footage Appears Online

Posted on August 24, 2016 by Rae Michelle Richards

It would appear that the almost impenetrable fortress of secrets that is Rare’s England based offices couldn’t keep James Bond’s cancelled XBLA mission a secret forever. A YouTuber by the name of ‘Rare Thief’ has uploaded 30 minutes of what appears to be direct-feed footage of the cancelled Xbox Live Arcade reimagining of the 1997 classic. Previous leaks surrounding the unannounced, incomplete and unreleased title amounted to a widely circulated magazine cover story from Xbox Magazine from a few years back and a 30 second video clip from the Silo level. Rare Thief’s leak is much more substantial – showing

LEGO Star Wars The Force Awakens | Review

Posted on August 13, 2016 by Les Major

LEGO games have gone through many adventures. It’s a hit phenomenon that has even spun off a “toys to life” NFC game with LEGO Dimensions. The main franchise has kept a good track record of adding new content instead of just rehashing the tried and true gameplay. Sure, LEGO games feel familiar, but if you look back to the early days they really have come a long way. In LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the franchise adds some new and interesting goodies to once again expand upon that experience. Obviously the main reason to pick up this latest release
