New Pokémon In Latest X and Y Trailer

The continuation of the Pokémon series is looking great, and now it looks like you can ride on at least one Pokémon in this new 3D world. Nintendo is really improving this sequel, making both battles and the world you’ll explore into a seemingly fully 3D experience. Of course this only helps to show off the tech of the 3DS however it really looks like quite a surprising improvement over a series that was already looking better and better.Read More

Vol’jin: Shadows of the Horde Novel On The Way

Fresh from our review of Christie Golden’s fantastic Jaina Proudmoore story, we’re happy to announce that the next physical Warcraft novel is on the way. This time, author Michael A. Stackpole is tackling a story focused on Vol’jin, leader of the Darkspear trolls. Considering the inclusion of Vol’jin and other disgruntled Horde members in the Tides of War book, this does seem like a natural progression for readers.Read More

Neverwinter Astral Diamond Exchange Down

UPDATE: It has been announced that there will be a roll back. Progress made between 5:20 AM and 12:20 PM Pacific Time will be lost to all players. The Neverwinter team does apologize for this and plans to send players a gift for this issue.

In unfortunate news today, Neverwinter has hit it’s first big snag. Due to an exploit it seems the astral diamond exchange and the auction house were taken offline. Currently the ‘shard’ servers for the game are all offline.

This is a big problem to the legitimacy of the game since astral diamonds, one of the games currencies, can not only be used to buy items in the auction house, but also can be exchanged for “Zen”. Zen is the games currency players can purchase for real money. So not only would an exploit allow for purchasing of all auction house goodies, but all zen based purchases as well.Read More
