Posted on February 6, 2018 by Joshua Rust

The very long awaited patch for Terraria is now finally live for the Xbox one version of the game. This update is huge as the game’s code has been completely rewritten. The reasoning behind this is to get all the consoles versions on the same page with the PC edition, that way when it comes to future updates it will pretty seamless between all the versions.

For more information, there is an official FAQ regarding the changes on the developer’s website. As well as a place to report bugs and a general feedback area to talk about the update.

Engine bringing original Gunslugs coming to 3DS

Posted on May 3, 2016 by Jason Nason

Engine Software announced today that they are bringing the original Gunslugs to the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

Last year Engine Software published the chaotic, frantic and heavily stylized 2D shooter Gunslugs 2 on the 3DS eShop. The game, created by developer OrangePixel, was the sequel to Gunslugs. It hit the 3DS eShop last October.

Based on the community feedback for Gunslugs 2, the 3DS release of Gunslugs will feature leaderboards.

Gunslugs be released on the 3DS eShop in the next few weeks, though the exact release date has not been finalized. The game will cost $1.99 USD.

You can check out our review of Gunslugs 2 here.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t actually played the PC version of this so I don’t quite know exactly how this one plays ….but it appears to be more fast paced and more action oriented than Minecraft. The addition of 4 vs. 4 competitive multiplayer over Xbox Live should be quite interesting as well. Not to mention being able to ride whales underwater, magical unicorns, and a huge selection of weapons and armor.

Who can turn down magical unicorns and whale riding, right?Read More
