Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age Story Trailer Released

A brand new Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age trailer has been released ahead of E3 2017. This trailer focuses on some of the major story beats as well as a footage from the introduction cinematic (which still looks drop dead gorgeous after all of these years). Don’t worry about major spoilers as these story moments are shown out of sequence and without any context. Regardless if you’ve played the original XII or not, one thing is clear: The Zodiac Age is one beautiful remaster.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will be released on PS4 and PS4 Pro on July 11th. It should be playable at E3 however you won’t have to go that far to get a taste of the game, several Best Buy stores here in Canada have had an early XII: Zodiac Age demos at their PlayStation kiosks for months.

PAX West 2017 Tickets Now Available

Are you going to be part of the lucky few who score tickets to PAX West 2017? Today the convention announced that passes for all four days of the show are now available online. Single day passes start at $48 USD per day, unlike other years a weekend pass is not available. Instead, attendees will have to purchase tickets on a per day basis.

Official PAX West 2017 merchandise was also confirmed today via press release including:  a PAX Scarf ($28 USD) and a PAX Blanket ($38 USD). These might come in useful, especially given the fact that Seattle weather can be fickle – will it shine? Will it rain? WHO KNOWS!

PAX West 2017 runs from September 1st thru 4th. If you want more PAX and can’t wait until September, why not check out our coverage of last year’s event right here. I’m planning on attending this year’s show as well, so please look forward to more coverage in the future.

SEGA and Atlus Bringing 9 Games To E3 2017

SEGA Europe and Atlus USA have announced that the two companies will have a combined presence of 9 titles coming to the E3 2017 Expo in Los Angeles next week. If you’re a fan of the Yakuza franchise you’ve got two brand new titles to look forward too. The sonic fan base is surely going to be pouring over every frame of Sonic Forces and Sonic Mania footage to come out from the show. Also of note are the trio of Atlus RPGS for the 3DS announced for Fall 2017 / Spring 2018 yesterday.
