Gurumin 3D: A Monstrous Adventure | REVIEW

Posted on October 20, 2016 by Jason Nason

Sometimes games that look too cute can be overlooked and dismissed as just a kids game. These games can be lacking in a real challenge or have watered down gameplay which could be unappealing for a seasoned gamer. And while Gurumin 3D: A Monstrous Adventure is definitely a cute looking game, it’s definitely not one that is without challenge.

Gurumin 3D: A Monstrous Adventure is what you get when you blend a dungeon crawling adventure with overly cute characters. It could be compared that the the “toon” look that entered the Zelda franchise with The Wind Waker. Earlier this week Rockstar Games teased us with the upcoming reveal of Red Dead Redemption 2. Today they have released the debut trailer. Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild Trailer Leaks Ahead of NX Reveal

Posted on October 20, 2016 by Rae Michelle Richards

A brand new, unreleased trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has leaked onto Youtube ahead of the official reveal of Nintendo’s code name NX.

This new trailer features a number of elements about the next Zelda title that are brand new – such as the inclusion of striking lightening and rain effects, the ability for Link to use a large leaf to propel a small makeshift raft forward and the return of shield-boarding!

As someone who has played the Wii U build of the game back at E3 it is quite clear that this trailer is not running on Wii U hardware – the lighting, reflections off objects and texture work are worlds apart from the E3 2016 demonstration. While Nintendo may have made some optimizations in the months since the convention, I wouldn’t be shocked if it is later confirmed this trailer contains footage taken from the NX build of the game.

If this leak is any indication, Nintendo has more than just the reveal of their next home console planned for today.
