Dell has an answer for you and its 43 inches across. The Dell 43 Ultra HD 4K Multi-Client Monitor also called (P4317Q ) it measures 43 inches diagonally and can deliver crisp and clear Ultra HD 4K content (3840×2160 @ 60Hz). This thing is to be frank, scary.
