Back To Dinosaur Island, a short little program meant to show off the CryEngine with the use of VR devices, can be downloaded on steam for free.

Having checked out the “game” myself, it really is no more than a three minute cutscene showing off the capabilties of the engine and the possibilities for VR-driven gaming. Having said that, since the thing is totally free, I have no qualms with that. You can totally watch it on a monitor too, although it’s not particularly impressive without the whole VR part. Still, if you’re bored, you’ve got nothing to lose by downloading it and giving it a spin.
