South Park: The Stick of Truth | Review

South Park is an incredibly accurate gaming experience. The style is exactly like the show and it flows so well between cut scenes and regular gameplay. Exploration in the open world of South Park makes the game just a joy to experience. You really are the new kid in town and the game does a fantastic job of making you feel like a character in the show itself.

It’s ridiculous just how entertaining it is to go from house to house and explore. The game is so much fun in this way, I’m already craving Halloween DLC, unless there is something like that in game and I’m just not there yet. This really is your own living, breathing version of the show. So much so that you’ll get distracted away from the RPG elements rather quickly. Just one more sleep until South Park: The Stick of Truth is released! The long delayed RPG epic by Obsidian Entertainment is looking fantastic and PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 owners will be able to move their ‘new kid’ to the quiet mountain town tomorrow. Matt Stone and Tray Parker come on stage after a new trailer for the highly anticipated South Park: The Stick of Truth. The South Park creators discussed their time mapping out the town of South Park and praising the visual style.
